What we provide
Lua Ventures builds and operates websites and communication systems for contractors — including website design and hosting, missed-call text-back, review requests, lead follow-up, and customer win-back — under the plan described on our pricing section. The plan is month to month with no long-term contract; you can cancel any time.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy in your first 30 days of paid service, tell us and we'll refund every dollar of what you've paid us for that period. After a refund, we take the systems we built down.
SMS program terms
By providing your mobile number to us (through our site, chat, booking page, or by texting or calling us), you agree to receive text messages from Lua Ventures related to your inquiry, appointments, and our conversation with you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.

Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to have the right to share any content you ask us to publish (logos, photos, business details), and not to misuse the site or services (no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload them).
Our content
The design, copy, and code of luaventures.com belong to us or our licensors. Websites we build for clients are governed by the client's service agreement.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and services are provided "as is." We work hard to keep everything running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results — outcomes depend on your market, your business, and factors outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
