What does it cost?
Your first 30 days are on us. After that it's month to month, with no setup fee and no contract. The price depends on what you want us to run. You hear the number on the call, before your 30 days start, and you don't pay by the lead.
How many leads will I get?
In one of our case studies, Lead Radar found about 40 a month for one plumber in his area. Every area is different, and a lead is someone asking for help, not a booked job, so we can't promise you a number. Nobody honestly can. That's what the first 30 days are for. Tell us your trade and your towns when we talk. If Lead Radar won't find much where you work, we'll tell you before you start.
I already have a website. Do I need yours?
Most contractors already have one. A website on its own doesn't answer a missed call or find you the next job: Lead Radar, the text-back and the review texts do that. Show us yours on the call and we'll tell you straight whether it's costing you calls.
Do I have to change my number?
You keep your cell. We add a business line that rings it, and that's the number we put on your website and your Google profile, because it's the line the text-back works on. On the setup call we test-call it with you, so you know your phone really rings.
Is a robot texting my customers?
The first text goes out on its own, in words you approve before it goes live. Lead Radar never answers anyone for you: it writes a reply and you send it. After that it's you, from your own phone.
I'm not good with tech. Can I run this?
If you can text a photo, you can run this. Everything lives in one app on your phone with your business loaded, and we set it up with you on one call. If you get stuck, ask Lua inside the app and it walks you through it step by step, or text us and one of us texts you back.
What do you need from me?
One setup call, a screen share where we set it all up with you. Have your phone and your Google Business Profile login handy, and we'll read you every automatic text so it sounds like you. After that it's three things: get back to people the same day (the replies are written for you), send us photos when you finish a job, and mark the job done so the review text goes out.
Is it really mine?
Your domain is yours: we buy it for you and move it into your own account whenever you ask. Your Google profile, your reviews, your customer list and the posts on your pages are yours too, and we only ever take manager access to your Google profile, never owner. The website itself runs on our platform, so it stays live for as long as you're with us.
What if I cancel?
No contract, so you just tell us. Your domain, your Google profile and your customer list go with you. The posts on your pages stay up. The website and the text-back system run on our platform, so they stop when you do.
