What we collect

When you book a call, use our chat widget, call or text us, or fill out a form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and the content of your messages. Our website also collects standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, referring page) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and hold the calls you book, provide and improve our services, send you information you asked for, and keep records of our communication. We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) as our customer relationship platform, which processes this data on our behalf.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you to respond to your inquiry, confirm or remind you about appointments, and follow up on conversations you started with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact information with anyone for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers that run our business (hosting, scheduling, our CRM platform), and only so they can provide those services to us.

Keeping and protecting your data

We keep contact records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as needed to comply with the law, then delete them. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email luamarketingagency@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
